“Dervish in Progress” method is inspired by traditional whirling dervish techniques, with a mix of yoga and contemporary dance
A workshop schedule consists of:
• Introductions in the circle
• Theory on 9 important topics
• First kiss with whirling
• Whirling session is a personal journey in space and time
