Cancel and change:
In the event of a cancellation and a no show, the participant owes 100% of the ticket purchased for the workshop.
Rasha Vrede is reasonably entitled to change an already planned workshop with regard to the time. This will also be announced no later than 72 hours before the workshop. If the workshop cannot take place or if the planned date is changed, the participant is entitled to a refund of the amount paid or to use the purchased ticket for the next workshop.

Collection of information and images:
The information collected during your registration is and will remain private. It will not be communicated to third parties without your express prior consent. The photos and videos taken by me during the activity can be used for different purposes:
Promoting the activities via website or social networks to make this method available to more people.

To give you an outside view of what is happening during a session to benefit from it in a learning and personal development process.

It gives me the opportunity to take a reflective look at the proposed transmission and the workshop in general.
If you do not wish to appear on the public image media, please let me know.

Insurance:
The insurance does not cover theft or damage to personal belongings. You are requested to be careful with your valuables. If there is material damage (in the studio or of the organizer), this will have to be compensated by the person who caused the damage.

Like any physical activity, swirling dance involves physical risks. The participant therefore declares that he/she is in good health and agrees not to hold the teacher or the organizers of the workshop liable for any injury or accident during the activities.
If you have health problems, a medical history of risk, or are pregnant, please consult your physician prior to activity. You are also obliged to inform me of this before the activity starts.
