By continuously spinning around our own axis, we destabilize our ordinary perception of reality. The boundaries of the surrounding space, as well as the boundaries of the self, are lost in the transpersonal experience of trance.
This workshop offers participants the opportunity to get to know themselves.
Whirling is not the ultimate goal but merely a means to achieve this.
